Noorderlicht and WAMS will be presenting a cross-over programme during Data Rush in the Old Sugar Factory. It consists of a debate and three lectures in which artists and scientists reflect on developments in the virtual world.

PRICCAPractice

In Minerva Art Academ are from 4  September through 2 Oktober two exhibitions to be seen which tie in with Data Rush (Oude Suikerfabriek) and Making Oneself (Noorderlicht Photogallery).

In Constructing Realities, curated by Adri Schokker, concerns with the the cross-disciplinary nature of photography.
You and Me and Everyone we do not know, curated by Andrea Stultiens, deals with the cross cultural and global nature of photography

Both exhibitions open during the fourth edition of PRICCAPractice, centre of expertise in photography, on Friday 4 September.Please visit the site of PRICCAPractice for the programma and applications.

Zienemaan & Sterren 2015, outdoor cinema

On Friday 11 September the 3-days film festival 'Zienemaan & Sterren' starts on the site of the Old Sugarfactory.
