Photo albums are a treasure trove of personal and social stories which in a very individual manner sketch a picture of their times. Boekwurk, an association that organizes exhibitions and activities which have to do with books and visual art, asked five individuals to make available their own photo albums. Subsequently five visual artists were commissioned to react to what they saw. The artists are known for their affinity for photography.
