Sun Ha Borger was born in Korea and grew up in Friesland. Last spring she won the KLM Paul Huf Junior Award with a series of self-portraits in which she visualises her integration in The Netherlands and her search for her identity. Anna Huizinga does portraits of children from different cultures who are staying here in The Netherlands. The young people often have a complicated and painful history behind them. The photojournalist Saad Jasim Al Zubaidy, originally from Iraq, came to The Netherlands in 1999. Since then he has been recording daily life in refugee centres.
