'Choices in Taste and Lifestyle' gives a picture of the personal environment and perception of beauty on the part of the Dutch from different generations and cultural backgrounds. Eleven contemporary photographers delved into such diverse subjects as taste and codes of conduct, youth culture, Islamic visual vocabulary and the world of older single men. The exhibition thus forms a unique visual document of our time, a cross section of taste, codes and lifestyles in the Netherlands today. The exhibition was curated by Hanneke Groenteman and Morad Bouchakour.
