Photograph the undercurrents of the city of Groningen: that which has become so invisible in its triviality that even Groningen residents seldom notice it. That was the assignment given to over the previous years to Adriënne van Eekelen (NL), Antoine d'Agata (F), Anders Petersen (Sweden), Ken Schles (USA) and John Davies (GB). The results will later be presented in an exhibition with the title Land of Promise. During the Noorderlicht event a corner of the curtain will be lifted already.
