The Frenchman Francis Helgorsky (b. 1952) and the Dutchman Paul van der Veur (b. 1942) became friends in an exchange between the Lycée Edouard Hérriot in Voiron and the Maartenscollege in Haren. The on is a painter, the other a photographer. In the exhibition they both testify to their love for Groningen's landscape.
