A special view behind the scenes of the colourful variation of clubs and associations in Leeuwarden. Photographers Age Okkema (50) and Jantine van der Knaap (64) documented club life during one year together with some collegues of the Leeuwarder Fotoclub. Dozens of associations - the boxing association and the gay choir, the aquarium society and the athletics club - were photographed.
The exhibition is accompanied by a photo book, for sale at the HCL for 15 euros.
The exhibition is a cooperation between the Historic Centre Leeuwarden and the Leeuwarder Amateur Photographers Association.
