The Groningen Center for Visual Art brings art, artist and the public in contact with one another through a wide range of activities. Especially during Noorderlicht, Het Filiaal is immersed in photography. The Center's complete collection of photography is to be seen, including work by Rommert Boonstra, Ton Broekhuis, John Blakemore, Paul de Nooijer, Hans Sas, Willem de Boer van Groningen, Amber Associates, Corine Hörmann, Marrigje de Maar, Eveline Mooibroek and Leo Divendal.
