Trullinger (1972) examines family relationships with her photos, focussing in particular on the male culture within her own family. She combines old family pictures with her self-made portraits and self-portraits. The past and her memories are thus exposed in a gripping manner. Trullinger wants to publish the "results" of her research of her study in book form. "Isaiah" was published in 1997 in a limited edition and is as it were a chapter from a sizeable future publication. In the book she wants to analyses gestures, resemblances, cultural differences and similarities.

In 1998 Trullinger received the "Kunst Aanmoedigingsprijs Amstelveen."
