Paolo Pellegrin ( 1964) is a pure documentary photographer. He made price winning reports about the problematic of Aids in Uganda, children in war zones in Rumania and Bosnia, and also about Albania and Kosovo. He went to Israel two months ago. He was allowed to go on a secret mission during the night, with the Israeli army. Pellegrin was the only photographer ever allowed to do so.

Pellegrin was nominated in 2001 to become a member of the Magnum Agency. His work was shown before in the "The Garden of Eden," the main exhibition during the Noorderlicht festival in 1997.
