Are you looking for publications on one particular photographer? Hunting for photo books? With the aid of the photography library you can find out which Dutch photography institution has the publication you want.

Photography Library Online is a collaboration among various photography institutions in The Netherlands. The Nederlands fotomuseum (Rotterdam) has made its library catalogue available. Noorderlicht (Groningen), FOAM (Amsterdam), Huis Marseille (Amsterdam) and Spaarnestad Photo (Haarlem) supplement it with publications from their own holdings, so that the Photography Library Online will give a complete picture of photography publications in The Netherlands.

You can use simple or advanced search methods to find books, magazines, audio-visual materials and articles about photography. You can see which institutions have a copy of the publication. You can also search the collection of any one of the participating institutions.
Noorderlicht owns books (many monographies) of and about photographers from all over the world.

Books are always available to be viewed, but none of the institutions lends them out.
